Polish Catholic Parishes of Greater Cleveland

By 1873, the Poles in Cleveland were numerous enough to organize their own congregation. The Bishop gave them permission to use St. Mary’s Church on the Flats to begin with. Eventually the Warsawa settlers organized their own parish which was St. Stanislaus.
